Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, the reservation becomes non-refundable in full, including (but not limited to) pitch fees, accommodation charges, and any additional extras or add-ons purchased.

Cancellations, no-shows, early departures, or reductions in stay length will not be eligible for any refund or credit under any circumstances.

Where possible, and at our sole discretion and with at least 2 weeks advance notice we may offer the option to transfer the booking to alternative dates within the same season, subject to availability. This is not guaranteed and may incur an administrative fee. Any price difference between dates must be paid by the guest.

We strongly recommend that guests obtain appropriate travel or cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

The site reserves the right to cancel a booking due to events beyond our control (including but not limited to severe weather, safety concerns, or force majeure). In such cases, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to rebook for alternative dates.
